Story
Neighbors in the building
Four people have names and lines. Two of them trade two portions of food for a radio. Arthur talks about a roof key. Daniel knocks on the first night.
Daniel is the next-door knock on Night 0. Check the peephole, then open. His line is to keep the noise down so they stay put. A subtitle says Daniel 303 next door. A wiki writes 3003. Later he radios 'Footsteps - east side, 2 of them.' In one Day 2 he has already turned. That is one run's branch, not the script.
Ruth Okafor trades a battery radio for two portions of food. She tells you to go to the stadium reception point and says you can see the stadium from the roof. A second video greets her by name, which is why she is not a single-source character.
Mara stands by a balcony and the pipes. The on-screen name reads Mara 2005. A wiki that puts her in 3005 with a janitor toolbox key does not match that frame, so I am not repeating the key or the 3005 door. She also trades two portions for a radio. Her UI in that clip is machine-translated.
Arthur Hale is pinned under a shelf in a doorway. The player says floor 29. A wiki says the floor 28 workshop. After he is free, an objective reads Arthur Hale is free. Dialogue options in the clip include looking at his hand, asking about the roof key, and asking what he knows about the building. He says the roof key is on the bench.
The shared trade, two portions for a radio, is the story hook that leads into the escape clues. I do not know if the trade repeats, or if more neighbors exist beyond a name like Marv that flashes by.

Questions
Should I open the door for Daniel?
Night 0 footage shows him as a neighbor. Check the peephole first. A later run has him turned; that is not shown as guaranteed.
Who gives the radio?
Ruth Okafor and Mara, in separate videos, each for two portions of food.
