Items
Items, keys, and supplies
Twenty-four names sit in one table. None of them has a detail page yet, because the search demand and the unique facts are not both there.
Keys with footage or a spoken line: apartment key in a dish, roof key on Arthur's bench, triangular key for an elevator panel that nobody picks up on camera. Maintenance key, toolbox key, and emergency cupboard key are searches. The maintenance-key video that ranks for the phrase is THRESHOLD, another game. I left those three without a location.
Tools with more than one source: screwdriver for vent screws, wrench for bolted covers, bolt cutter for chains, hammer for repairs and as a weapon. The hammer HUD in one video reads 23. A rolling pin reads 16 and a knife reads 18 in other spoken HUD lines. I am not extending that pattern to the bat.
Supplies: cleaning bucket, canned food, can opener, bandage, plank, box of screws, frying pan, sealed bottle. Portions are filled only for items a video counted. The food page explains why pantry totals disagree.
The table below is the whole catalog, including the blank cells. A blank is a missing source, not a zero.

Questions
Is the maintenance key real in this game?
No source inside 30 Floors Up names it. The table keeps the row so the search has an honest landing.
Which weapon numbers are from the HUD?
Hammer 23, rolling pin 16, knife 18, each from a player reading the screen in one video. Other damages stay empty.
