Adsterra advertising, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity are requested by default on the first page view; Reject prevents future loads and reloads the page. The banner explains this behavior and records your choice. YouTube is contacted only when you press play.

This site is a guide to 30 Floors Up. It is independent of Roblox and Dateline NBC. The only first-party browser state is localStorage: floors_consent stores granted or denied plus an expiry for 180 days, and floors_socialbar_closed stores that you closed the Adsterra Social Bar for 180 days. The site sets no first-party cookie of its own. These two keys never leave your browser. Write to [email protected] with any privacy request.

Advertising is served by Adsterra (publisher account 3403020, website 6179300). Two placements run: a Native Banner (ad unit 32119627) inside the page and a Social Bar (ad unit 32119628) fixed at the bottom of the viewport. Neither vendor script is in the HTML we send: public/consent.js creates both on the first page view, unless you have chosen Reject. Adsterra receives your IP address, page URL, referrer, user agent and viewport, and may set cookies or local storage on bicea.org and on creative hosts for frequency capping, fraud prevention and measurement. We have observed the identifier pip_<placement hash> on bicea.org; Adsterra owns those names and lifetimes and may change them. Adult advertising is switched off for this website in the Adsterra dashboard, and no popunder, banner or Smartlink format is created here.

Google Analytics 4 uses measurement ID G-K8X4VK1QWQ. The Consent Mode defaults are analytics_storage granted and ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization denied. The Google tag is loaded by the consent script on a fresh page unless a stored Reject choice is active. GA4 writes _ga and _ga_<container-id>, each for up to 2 years, and sends page-view data to Google. Microsoft Clarity uses project z98jxihzor. It is requested on the first page view unless a stored Reject choice is active, and writes _clck for 1 year and _clsk for 1 day while sending heatmap and session-replay data to clarity.ms. Clarity masks sensitive input by default. Reject records the choice for 180 days and reloads the page to stop vendor requests.

The trailer is a facade. No YouTube iframe or Google media request exists until you press Play video; the player then contacts youtube.com, ytimg.com and googlevideo.com and may set Google's own cookies. Cloudflare delivers the site and adds its own edge security and analytics processing; Cloudflare Email Routing forwards mail sent to [email protected]. Mail you send is used to answer your request and is kept only as long as needed for that request and any legal obligation.

The banner is a notice and choice control; on a first visit it does not block vendor requests while it is visible. Cookie settings in the footer reopens the control. The site stores the selected Accept or Reject choice in floors_consent for 180 days; Reject then reloads the page. The closed-bar preference is stored separately in floors_socialbar_closed for 180 days. For requests about personal information, contact the site address below.

Retention is specific: floors_consent and floors_socialbar_closed for 180 days; Adsterra's cookies on its own domains as its policy states, including the short-lived pip_<placement hash> identifier; _ga and _ga_<container-id> for up to 2 years; _clck for 1 year and _clsk for 1 day. Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track is treated as Reject and writes a denial.
